Iran executes a Swedish citizen



 A court in Tehran has sentenced an Iranian man of Swedish descent to death for spying for Israel.

Ahmed Reza Jalali will be hanged on May 21, Iranian state media reported on Wednesday. News Arab News.

He is basically a specialist doctor. He was arrested during a visit to Iran in 2016.

Tehran has announced the execution of a Swedish man following the recent detention of a former Iranian judicial official named Hamid Nouri in a Swedish prison.

The Iranian, arrested in 2019, has been charged with human rights abuses and war crimes.

Many politicians were hanged in his verdict in 1986. For this, the Swedes blacklisted him.

On Monday, Iran summoned the Swedish ambassador to protest the incident
